Dangerous Minds
Gill founded and directed Dangerous Minds, a multi-disciplinary design consultancy in London. In her own words, it was her first design consultancy, "aptly called, Dangerous Minds".
Her biographies describe Dangerous Minds as a multi-disciplinary design and publishing group. Her 2015 speaker page says she "owned two multi disciplinary consultancies in London" before heading up the curatorial team at the Design Council.
Writing in 2020, Gill said she "started at the bottom and worked and created and invented" her way up, and that "Throughout it all I saw myself as an Artist".
